Approach

First the brain. Then arms and legs.

If you automate immediately, you often automate an unclear process. We go the other way: understand first, then write it down, then let it run. Every phase ends with something you can hold in your hands.

  1. 01

    Understand

A conversation about the task that costs you the most time. We look at real examples and tell you openly whether and where AI helps. No slide deck: a before and after on your own case.

You getAn honest assessment and a proposal for the first module
  2. 02

    Foundation

We record how your company thinks and decides. What is public, we prepare. What only you know, we ask in small blocks, at your pace, with examples. We make contradictions visible; you decide.

You getYour documented company system and the blueprint
  3. 03

    Build and test

The first module is built in your accounts, with data you release. Your responsible person checks normal cases and exceptions on real examples. It is done when it works for you, not for us.

You getA running system with approvals that you have signed off
  4. 04

    Hand over and support

Your team learns to use it and takes over. Documentation, access and limits belong to you. After that we stay available as long as you want and add further modules without rebuilding the foundation.

You getA team that can do it alone, and a system that grows with you

Sign-off

A workflow is only done when someone on your team can repeat it alone, using the instructions.

Sign-off happens when the agreed cases meet the quality criteria and exceptions are known, when a person on your side repeats the workflow without our demonstration, and when your responsible person has confirmed access, documentation and limits.

What we do

Implement it technically.

We model, implement, integrate, document and train. Your rules become executable.

What we do not do

Decide for you.

Which rule applies, who approves, what must never happen automatically: you set that. We make gaps visible; we do not fill them with assumptions.

What you bring

One responsible person.

Someone who knows the area, answers questions and can judge results. Without that person we build nothing that lasts.

Data and access

Your data, your accounts, your decision.

AI in operations means data flows into tools. Together we decide which data that is and who has access to what.

  • Your accountsWe work in your accounts, with permissions you grant and can revoke at any time.
  • DocumentedFor every workflow we record which data goes into which tool and where it is stored.
  • A person checksBefore go-live we define at which point a person reviews and approves the result.
  • CredentialsAccess for support is stored encrypted and only for as long as we work together.
  • European providersWhere it serves the purpose, we prefer tools with processing in the EU and a data processing agreement.

We support you in choosing and setting up tools with data protection in mind. This does not replace legal advice.

Tell us about it briefly. We will get back to you with two suggested dates for a first call.
